DeepSky is joining Airtable
Today, we’re excited to share that DeepSky, the AI superagent for businesses, has officially joined Airtable. This is a big step forward for our customers and for the future of AI in business.
DeepSky will continue as a self-service product within Airtable, and our team is coming over with the mission unchanged: enable individuals to power their entire business with DeepSky. This starts with what our AI superagent excels at: researching, planning, and strategizing on complex business problems on behalf of its users. As part of the Airtable family, we’ll be expanding the product to automate more business tasks for our users.
Why Airtable
Airtable has quietly become the operating layer for the world’s most sophisticated companies. The platform already powers mission-critical workflows across 80% of the Fortune 100 and has been steadily expanding an ambitious AI roadmap, most recently with Omni, an AI-powered app builder.
DeepSky is joining Airtable as its second AI-native product and is highly complementary to Airtable’s Omni capabilities to date. DeepSky enables users to understand, research, and strategize on business problems with greater depth and complexity, while Omni is able to help them actualize their vision and execute workflows with greater reliability on top of Airtable’s platform.
Together, we are able to be the core platform that users rely on to conduct their work.
Our shared vision for AI in business
We believe the winning AI systems in enterprise won’t be “chatbots that summarize” or “models that demo well.” They will be deeply sophisticated agentic systems that:
Reason over fragmented data (docs, CRM, ERP, data warehouses, the public web).
Cite, structure, and persist their work in a shared source of truth.
Act as domain experts, operating at the same level that users expect their peers to.
Close the loop with measurable outcomes (pipeline, cash collected, risk mitigated) instead of vanity metrics.
Airtable brings the structured canvas: reliable schemas, governance, and app surfaces, where these agents can think, write, and take action. DeepSky brings the brains and legs: multi-step research, quantitative analysis, retrieval, planning, and tool use across the web and internal systems. Together, we can deliver agents that don’t just answer questions, they rigorously understand the business problem, execute impactful workflows and move business metrics.
What this means for our users
No interruptions. Your DeepSky account, data, and SLAs remain in place. Our support team and roadmap will continue with even more resources behind them to provide you with an even better experience.
Deeper data connectivity. Expect tighter, native integrations into Airtable bases, apps, and automations so your agents can read/write structured data directly and trigger downstream workflows (approvals, notifications, syncs) without glue code.
Thank you
To our users, design partners, and the early believers who shaped DeepSky: thank you. You pushed us past demos into durable business impact, and you’ll see that momentum accelerate from here.
To the DeepSky team, you built something rare: an agent that does real work and stands up to real scrutiny. We can’t wait to amplify that work with Airtable’s platform and team.
Onward,
Chris, Mark, and Forrest
Co-founders, DeepSky
